Why is it so?
Because every women don't priorities work. For most of the women in the world family is their first priority.
When these institutions calculate the average earnings of men and women, they don't take into account number of hours working and total number of years worked.
Women usually start late and retire early as compared to men. They also work for less hours as compared to men.
To start family, women have to take leave from their jobs and work. & when it comes to their children, they are women's' weakness.
There is no question of capability, but the priority makes a lot of difference.
When women make it their first priority, they can outshine.
